Matt Gray’s Bio
Matt Gray is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and a Certified Mortgage Consultant. The CMPS and CMC are the highest certifications achieved in the industry. He is the only professional in North Carolina to hold this dual certification which places Matt at the top of the industry for knowledge, experience, ethics, and professionalism.
Matt is a graduate of Furman University and received a Master degree in accountancy from Ole Miss. As a former CPA, Matt excels in taking a financial planning approach to the mortgage process. He is a Branch Manager of Fairway Independent Mortgage in Charlotte. His branch is on Randolph Road in the Cotswold neighborhood. Matt lives in south Charlotte with his wife Valerie and daughter Holland.
